Overview |
All "Standard Reports" use the Omnify Web Services for report generation.
These reports can be customized for content by modifying the Omnify Report Web Services.
The Reporter contains the following Standard reports:
All Standard Reports are available from the same web page (e.g. http://omnifyserver/omnify5/reports/StandardReports.aspx).
You can open the Standard Reports web page, by clicking the Standard Reports link from the Reporter Home Page.
The Standard Reports page contains a drop list for all available reports.
You can select a specific report directly using the Standard Report list on the Home Page.

Approved Vendor List (AVL) |

The Approved Vendor List (AVL) report will list all active vendor parts with their associated (your internal) part number.
To view the Approved Vendor List report, select the Approved Vendor List from the Home Page (Standard Reports section) or from the Approved Vendor List option from the Standard Report web page drop list.
You can set the Filter to find a field value match on an individual or all fields.
To set a field filter, select the field you wish to filter and then specify a field value to find.
To run the report with the specified filter, click the Apply button.
The Report also provides optional report parameters in the Options section.
To update/apply options to the current report, click the Apply button.

Approval History Report |

The Approval History reports will display a list of new part, Change/ECO, and Quality/CAPA requests for a specified time frame that includes all signoff users, their signoff status and stages.
To view the Approval History report, select the Approval History link under the Items, Changes, or Quality report limbs.
You can set the Filter to find a field value match on an individual or all fields.
To set a field filter, select the field you wish to filter and then specify a field value to find.
To run the report with the specified filter, click the Apply button.
The Report also provides optional report parameters in the Options section.
The Options section allows you to define a date range for requests as well as an option to include pending and released items.
To update/apply options to the current report, click the Apply button.

Cycle Times Report |

The Cycle Times report will display all Changes/ECOs and Quality/CAPA items, their status, and the number of days it took to release each object.
To view the Cycle Times report, select the Cycle Time link under the Changes or Quality report limbs.
You can set the Filter to find a field value match on an individual or all fields.
To set a field filter, select the field you wish to filter and then specify a field value to find.
To run the report with the specified filter, click the Apply button.
The Report also provides optional report parameters in the Options section.
The Options section allows you to define a date range for requests as well as an option to include pending and released items.
To update/apply options to the current report, click the Apply button.

Where Used Report |

The Where Used report will display all child items that appear on BOMs and include their Parent BOM part number.
To view the Where Used report, select the Where Used link from the Home Page (Standard Reports section).
You can set the Filter to find a field value match on an individual or all fields.
To set a field filter, select the field you wish to filter and then specify a field value to find.
To run the report with the specified filter, click the Apply button.

Not Used Report |

The Not Used report will display all child items that do not appear on any BOMs.
To view the Not Used report, select the Not Used link from the Home Page (Standard Reports section).
You can set the Filter to find a field value match on an individual or all fields.
To set a field filter, select the field you wish to filter and then specify a field value to find.
To run the report with the specified filter, click the Apply button.

Pending Objects Report |

The Pending Objects reports will display a list of pending Items, Changes, and Quality items that are currently under signoff.
To view the Pending Objects reports, select the specific link from the Standard Reports section of the Home Page.
You can set the Filter to find a field value match on an individual or all fields.
To set a field filter, select the field you wish to filter and then specify a field value to find.
To run the report with the specified filter, click the Apply button.

Awaiting Release Report |

The Awaiting Release reports will display a list of pending Items, Changes, and Quality items that have completed the user signoff/approvals, yet have still not been released.
To view the Awaiting Release reports, select the specific link from the Standard Reports section of the Home Page.
You can set the Filter to find a field value match on an individual or all fields.
To set a field filter, select the field you wish to filter and then specify a field value to find.
To run the report with the specified filter, click the Apply button.
