Overview |
The History Page lists all change, viewing, and email history (audit trail) for every item.
Any change that occurs is recorded for every item in the database.
To view the History, click the History tab from the Routing form navigation bar.

The History list will display all changes to the routing, the viewing history (who has opened the routing), and the email history (email sent about this routing).
To change the view, select the Change History, Viewing History, or Email History option from the View drop list.
The Change History list contains the following information:

Email Automatic (system trigger) or Interactive |
The Email History list will also contain a Details icon/hyperlink.
Clicking the hyperlink will display the details and contents of the email.
