This section describes some of the Project and Task enhancements made to Omnify Desktop for Empower 5.0.
For common operations, you can now create "Task Templates" that can be used as "paste" operations when assigning new tasks to objects.

To create a template, open any object that has tasks or assign the tasks to any object.



Click the Save/Copy toolbar button.



Select the "Save as Template" option and provide a template name.


When modifying templates, you can assign a Project Role as a resource.
Resource roles will automatically be replaced with real users when the tasks are assigned to the target object.


You can now view associated HelpDesk Tickets and Posts on the Associations page/tab.
